“…..One of Saudi Arabia’s most powerful royal family member Turki al-Faisal has openly urged US President Barack Obama to push India and Pakistan to ‘fix’ the Kashmir issue…” Indian Express, Oct,14th
“You getting a little hot under the collar Mr. Prince about Kashmir huh? You want to ‘fix’ things for us? So kind of you sir, so kind of you, but how about setting your own house in order before trying to solve ours? You know what I mean sir? No?
“First of all Mr. Prince, this chop-chop business in your country just ain’t a good thing you know, I mean yes you have someone doing a bit of stealing here and stealing there, and stealing is a bad thing we do agree, a very bad thing, but you don’t go chopping’ off his fingers, his hands, legs or some portion of his body do you? Yeah! Yeah! I agree that’s your law, but bit inhuman if you ask me.”
“Ah Mr. Prince you don’t agree? But that’s what the world thinks Mr. Prince, and if your conscience is troubled about ‘fixing’ things in the Valley, then it should be doubly troubled about things not ‘fixed’ in your own backyard!”
“And Mr. Prince beheading! Eeek! You do it to sheep and goats, but a man or a woman? Ain’t right, right? Yeah I agree you got the money and the oil and the swords, so the world watches and keeps quiet but Mr. Prince I’m sure a God above shudders every time you behead a son or daughter of His!”
“And your women! Yeah, yeah those beautiful wives, daughters and sisters of yours, who you don’t allow to drive on the roads, you don’t allow to be glimpsed by others, you don’t even allow them to vote? Man! We give our women all these rights Mr. Prince, yeah you got to come and see it, women here have rights to fight injustice and they win! Oh yes I see you shuddering! They win!”
“I believe you don’t allow foreigners to bring their holy books into your country Mr. Prince? Tut! Tut ! Now isn’t that stretching your oil money a little too far? I mean you have your beliefs and I have mine rights? But why should you impose such restrictions on mine? We don’t do that to you when you come here, do we? Yeah, yeah you’ve got the money, but it ain’t right Mr. Prince, it just isn’t so!”
“I know Mr. Prince that domestic workers have no rights in your country! No rights at all! You pay their salaries, you control their souls, mind and bodies, right? Wrong Mr. Prince! Wrong !”
“One day Mr. Prince your oil will get over, your money will be finished and you’ll have no one listening to you, but before such happens use that same money to make your world a better place to live in, till then Mr. Prince, leave ours alone….!!”
